What to Expect
- General Parkside Boutique Suites is committed to maintaining the highest standards of upkeep and quality. The on-site presence of the management ensures prompt and direct response to resident needs. The property features a communal English Garden and dedicated decks for residents’ enjoyment. One of the suites has its own exclusive patio. With a limited number of suites available, the property offers a private and serene living environment. Because there are only three suites available, and extensive soundproofing measures have been implemented throughout the house to mitigate noise from other suites, you can take comfort in knowing that you will be able to enjoy a peaceful and serene environment.
- Residence Allocation The ground floor is occupied by the owners/management, while Suites 1 and 2 are located on the second floor and Suite 4 is located on the ground walk out level.
- Parking Arrangements Covered, off street parking is provided for select suites to facilitate ease of access during winter conditions. There is also dedicated visitor parking for the suites.
- Security Measures We provide a comprehensive security system for the property, including cameras and motion detecting security lights around the perimeter of the building. In addition to your suite door, Suites 1 and 2 have a secondary, secure, locked entry.
